We needed a gas bottle replacement to test a new fire while the gas engineer was in the house. Bangor fuels delivered in less than 30 minutes. 2 days before Christmas, brilliant service!

Extremely honest and reliable firm- ordered 500 litres on a Thursday though I was unsure if I had room for it.Received my fuel the very next day( the Friday, though I had room for only 300 litres) and my refund was in my bank account on Saturday.Excellent service!

Terrible customer service throughout when trying to deal with them after they delivered oil to the wrong address. Was told I was lying multiple times by one manager until an other finally admitted the mistake. Avoid!

I really needed oil desperately. Had run out and weather was atrocious running the risk of a burst pipe. Lady who answered the phone was so helpful. Got oil delivered early next morning to me. Competitive prices too. Great service.

Very happy with this company. Quite competitive price wise and delivery is usually prompt. Don’t really shop around if I’m happy with the price and service I get. I would recommend Bangor without hesitation.

Not long moved into new house, just had oil delivered and the man who delivered it was lovely, very helpful and took time to explain and help me with questions that I asked. His kindness has genuinely moved me to tears.
